Nancy’s achievements are nothing short of impressive. She is the visionary behind launching the world’s first robot vacuum cleaner. With a budget of less than $50,000, Nancy generated buzz to making Roomba a household name. Leading global marketing as Vice President, Marketing Communications for over a decade she grew the home robot business from no revenue to over $500 million by 2013, working with 65 global distributors, and a domestic sales team to bring 13 million home robots into homes around the world, revolutionizing the way we clean our homes.

After iRobot, Nancy served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for a Boston hardware incubator, where she acted as CMO for several promising startups. in 2018 Nancy joined Hydrow where she served as CMO, launching a connected fitness rower in 2019 while also overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the business including direct sales, commercial sales, retail sales to marketing partnerships, celebrity endorsements, digital marketing, and traditional marketing. Under her leadership, Hydrow saw 5X growth and reached unprecedented awareness levels within their first year.

Her wide-array of experience includes products and businesses in consumer tech, connected fitness, health and wellness and music industries. She has served as an advisor to many technology and consumer businesses as well as being a go-to for local and national media as an expert in technology and marketing. Simply put, Nancy’s work on everyday products makes an impact on consumers regardless of budget.

Nancy’s leadership has been recognized with numerous professional awards. She has been named by the Stevie Awards as Executive of the Year, has several Bell Ringer Awards, a Bulldog Award for Excellence in Media Relations, and a MarCom Creativity Award.

Nancy has an undergraduate degree in business with specialties in marketing and advertising from Merrimack College. She has been a guest lecturer at Tufts University, Bentley University, MIT, and Merrimack College.
